Instead of spending hours searching for answers, we work through your questions together so you leave with clarity and momentum. During a working session we can: • Troubleshoot features or tools that aren’t behaving the way you expect • Walk through how to manage and design within Wix Classic Editor or Wix Studio • Review your website layout, structure, and user experience • Plan new pages, features, or functionality • Help you understand Wix tools so you can manage your site more confidently • Answer the questions that are slowing you down These sessions are collaborative and hands-on, which means we’re actively working on your website together during our time. If you're simply looking for quick troubleshooting or technical support, you may prefer Fix My Wix Tech Support sessions, which are designed for shorter, targeted fixes. How It Works When you book your session, you’ll be asked to submit details about what you'd like help with. This allows me to review your site ahead of time so our meeting can be focused, productive, and tailored to your needs. Meetings are not recorded, so clients are encouraged to take notes during the session. Your session fee includes time spent reviewing your site beforehand, running the live working session, and occasional follow-up resources such as helpful articles related to what we discussed.
