Sometimes you don’t need a full strategy session — you just need something fixed. Fix My Wix Tech Support sessions are short, focused troubleshooting meetings designed to help resolve common Wix issues quickly and efficiently. These sessions are ideal when you’re stuck on a specific task, feature, or setup and need a knowledgeable second set of eyes to help you move forward. During a Tech Support session we can help with things like: • Connecting apps or features within your Wix site • Troubleshooting tools that aren’t working as expected • Guidance on how to set up basic website features • Help navigating Wix Classic Editor or Wix Studio tools • Answering quick questions about settings, integrations, or functionality Our goal is to identify the issue and help you resolve it as efficiently as possible so you can continue working on your site. How It Works When you book your session, you’ll be asked to briefly describe the issue you’re experiencing. This allows us to quickly review the situation before the meeting so we can focus on solving the problem during our time together. Tech Support sessions are designed for quick troubleshooting and guidance on individual issues. If the issue requires deeper investigation, more complex development, or extended instruction, we’ll discuss the best next steps with you. This may include booking a Working Session or escalating the issue to the Wix support team through our direct partner support channel. When to Book a Tech Support Session This option is best for: • Quick troubleshooting • Basic setup questions • Help connecting tools or features • Navigating Wix settings or editors • Small issues that are preventing progress When a Working Session May Be Better If you’re looking for help designing your site, learning how to use Wix tools in depth, planning new features, or reviewing your website structure, a Fix My Wix Working Session may be the better option. Tech Support sessions are designed to give you fast answers, practical guidance, and the help you need to keep your website moving forward. Cancellation Policy
Session are non refundable. If you need to reschedule please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice so that I am able to open up that time slot to another client. If you need to reschedule a session you must rebook within 7 business days or you will forfeit your payment and a new session will need to be booked and paid for. Sessions are only recorded if you pay for the add on. You are required to take your own notes. Please be sure to enter our meeting on time. I allow for a 5 minute waiting window before you session will be cancelled unless you have otherwise reached out to me and made arrangements to be late longer than that. If you are late our session still ends at the same time, I don't not accommodate extending time due to a client being late.
