Service Description
With over 19 years of experience on the Wix Platform, hundreds and hundreds of websites built and my recent "Community League Expert" certification, I know the ins and outs of making your site and it's back end work the way you need it to. Whether you’re stuck on a single feature, want a guided lesson to boost your skills, or more in depth project planning Fix My Wix gives you direct, one-on-one support that is flexible to your needs with add-ons and packages. When you book, you’ll be asked to submit details about what we’ll be working on—this ensures our time is focused and productive. You’ll also have the option to review add-ons for extended time, meeting recordings and additional people to join the sessions, so you get exactly what you need out of your booking. Cancellation Policy
Session are non refundable. If you need to reschedule please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice so that I am able to open up that time slot to another client. If you need to reschedule a session you must rebook within 7 business days or you will forfeit your payment and a new session will need to be booked and paid for. Sessions are only recorded if you pay for the add on. You are required to take your own notes. Please be sure to enter our meeting on time. I allow for a 5 minute waiting window before you session will be cancelled unless you have otherwise reached out to me and made arrangements to be late longer than that. If you are late our session still ends at the same time, I don't not accommodate extending time due to a client being late.
